I'm not too sure if this will work, but on the ladder site I've done for PES, this is how it works:
I make a team (A guild, because PES can't handle 4v4+).
People who play in the 1v1 ladder are all assigned a value. I think they start at £50k. WHen I make a new team, the team purse is £200k. This means when the guild is started, I can only grab 2-3 (maybe 4) people.
Here's the clever bit. When I play a 1v1 game on the ladder and win, my value goes up, and that adds tot he team purse. If my manager sold me for £80k when he bought me for £50k, he's up 30k (for the team).
It's a really clever system that works great on pesladder 1v1, but I'm unsure how this would work on FIFAVP.
