I'll post here with any new developments.
Currently working on the backend/database.
WHATS COMPLETE:
User management (ban system).
Admin levels (Levels for admins, mods, news posters etc)
League generation (Any league size with even numbers can be generated, with any amount of team players.
Medal system (Medals at the end of the season are awarded to each team and player).
League reset (When a season ends, the system automatically promotes/relegates teams and gives out medals).
League management (This is where you can replace a team with another team).

Oh yeah, and of course the admin login system. It's all going to be integrated to the site when you login. So, if you're an admin and you login to the final site, the site will know your level and give you the appropriate privileges. I'm not a fan of separate admin sections, so everything will be right in front of you when all is complete. For example, say a result is wrong, you just change that on the match result page. No need to login to another system and learn that too.

UPDATE - 21/09/09
The back end is almost complete... Admin Section is now 80% done... The design phase is being started tomorrow!
